“Well what can we say, your tuition skills and patience were astounding, and the venue and hospitality were great. On the first day Gary had three rainbows and I had one, but the next day I caught my first fish of the day which weighed in at 4lb 12oz and three casts later had one at 4lb 2oz.
It was made better by other anglers asking me what flies I was using, speed of retrieve, floating or sinking line - and me a two-day-old veteran!
This only proves what a great teacher you are and I would recommend you to every body who wishes to take up the art of fly fishing. We had so much fun. ”

“ I had a fabulous day. You were very patient and I felt well equipped for a successful second day's fishing - and two nice trout from a beautiful pond. I think I'll be back for more. ”

“ Bob is a patient tutor and his explanations removed much of the mystique surrounding fly fishing. After just one day my casting technique improved dramatically and I now understand some of the basic rules about how to select and place flies effectively. The day was great fun and has inspired me to learn more and get out there and fish. ”

" A great day out all round and brining in a barbel on the 4-weight felt Hemingwayesque!
